Do I get the original box and accessories?
To reduce waste and keep costs low, most Lumeria products ship in our custom eco-friendly packaging. We include a high-quality, compatible charging cable with every phone and tablet. Wall bricks (charging blocks) and headphones are sold separately unless stated otherwise.

What is the difference between your cosmetic grades (Excellent, Good, Fair)?
All our devices work perfectly on the inside. The "Grade" only refers to how they look on the outside:
- Excellent: Like new. No visible scratches from 12 inches away. The screen is pristine.
- Good: Light signs of wear, such as small micro-scratches on the body or screen that are invisible when the display is on. The best value for money.
- Fair: Visible wear, such as deeper scratches or small dents on the casing. A great choice if you use a case anyway!
Will the battery last?
Absolutely. Battery anxiety is real, so we guarantee that every phone and laptop ships with at least 80% of its original battery capacity (the industry standard for peak performance). If a device falls below this during testing, we install a new battery.
